2010-2011 Band Trip December 27th - 29th

This year for our band trip the band has been invited to perform at the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio. This will be an exciting trip in which there will be a field show competition and a mass halftime band with over 1000 musicians on the field. It's a great opportunity for us to showcase our talents and to meet other musicians from all over the country. The band trip is never mandatory but always highly encouraged as every member is vitally important to the success of the band. It is very hard to perform with missing components. The trip this year will be from December 27th and return after the game on December 29th.

Because of the holiday season I do not have a pre trip meeting planned. If you have any questions about the trip please do not hesitate to call me on my office phone or to send and email. Please note that perscription medications will be collected the morning we leave. This will only apply to prescription medications. All meals are marked on the itinerary with an * Please note which meals are paid for and which ones are not so you can plan for spending money for your child. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and I look forward to seeing everyone on the trip.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
